Job title:  Demand Creation Lead

Area Assignment: Ilocos Norte and La Union

Job Qualifications:  

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in agriculture or any related course field.

• With a minimum of 2 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or sales leadership within the agricultural industry, specifically in crop production and seeds.

• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, branding, and product positioning relevant to the agricultural sector.

• Preferably with a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.

• Willing to travel extensively to engage with stakeholders, conduct field visits, and participate in industry events.
