Milestones in Our Growth
Ramgo launched its Modern Trade Division, introducing seed packets and gardening products tailored for the urban market. These were made widely available through supermarkets, department stores, and retail chains—bringing agriculture closer to city consumers and hobbyists.
To provide farmers with complete crop production solutions, Ramgo established Vann Hawk Agro Chemicals, its dedicated distribution arm for high-quality fertilizers and crop protection products.
With the rise of protected cultivation, Ramgo introduced its Specialty Products line—featuring seed varieties specifically developed for greenhouse farming and high-value vegetable production.
Ramgo strengthened its research and development efforts through the establishment of two specialized centers:

Lowland Research Station – in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, focused on trials for tropical lowland conditions

Highland Research Center – in Buguias, Benguet, focused on varieties for high-altitude, cooler climates

To further serve Mindanao’s agricultural communities, Ramgo opened its third R&D facility in Polomolok, South Cotabato, supporting region-specific seed trials and localized innovation.

Established in 1967 by Ramon A. Ong, Ramgo International Corporation was built on a clear vision: to provide Filipino farmers with high-quality seeds at affordable prices. What began as a dream has grown into one of the most trusted names in Philippine agriculture.
Over the decades, Ramgo Seeds has earned a solid reputation as one of the country’s largest and most reliable seed distributors. Trusted by farm dealers and crop financiers, Ramgo has also expanded its reach beyond rural areas, with products available in supermarkets, hardware stores, department stores, and retail outlets nationwide.
In addition to seeds, Ramgo offers a comprehensive range of agricultural solutions, including fertilizers, crop protection products, and gardening supplies—all aimed at boosting crop quality, improving yields, and enhancing farmers' profitability.
