Job title:  HR Manager


Area Assignment: Maybunga Pasig City      


Job Qualifications:  

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment and employee relations.

  • Has strong knowledge in the following areas:

    • Labor Laws and Compliance

    • Claims and Benefits

    • Salaries and Wages

  • Well organized, honest and with good interpersonal skills.

  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Above average in written and oral English communication.

  • Able to commence work with short notice.
