Job Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related course.
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or sales leadership within the agricultural industry, specifically in crop production and seeds.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, branding, and product positioning relevant to the agricultural sector.
Preferably with a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
Willing to travel extensively to engage with stakeholders, conduct field visits, and participate in industry events.
