Job title:  HR Supervisor – Learning & Organizational Development


Area Assignment: 

  • Maybunga Pasig City     


Job Qualifications:  

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development or Human Resources.

  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.

  • Experienced in training design and facilitations, organizational development, performance management and employee engagement.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: LMS Experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
